Last updated: pending legal review.

1. What this service is

[PLACEHOLDER] This application computes estimated German tax figures and portfolio metrics from on-chain DeFi activity you provide (wallet addresses). It is a calculation aid, not a substitute for advice from a licensed Steuerberater — tax advice is a regulated activity in Germany under § 2 StBerG. See the fiscal disclaimer shown throughout the app.

[PLACEHOLDER] Describe account creation, what is stored (wallet addresses, computed results, saved strategy), and reference the Privacy Policy for details. Export and deletion of your data are available from the Account page.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

[PLACEHOLDER] The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. [PLACEHOLDER: liability limitation language to be drafted by counsel — scope, caps, exclusions under German law (§§ 307 ff. BGB constraints on standard terms)].

4. Acceptable use

[PLACEHOLDER] No unauthorized access, no abuse of shared provider API quotas, no use of the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Termination

[PLACEHOLDER] Either party may terminate the account. You may permanently delete your account data at any time from the Account page, subject to any legal retention requirements [PLACEHOLDER: confirm none apply, or list them].

6. Governing law

[PLACEHOLDER: jurisdiction and governing law, to be confirmed with counsel].

7. Changes to these terms

[PLACEHOLDER] How and when updates take effect, and how users are notified.

8. Contact

[PLACEHOLDER: operator name, address, contact email].
